FT of 3r has been wild
Ran really good on Full tilt today with a few deep runs final tabling the 3r. I started the FT as chipleader. Then I lost KK<TT and TT<AQ. I was the shortstack 4 handed when I doubled AK>KQ and then 77>55. Then the shortstack had like 5bb and doubled with 37. I got him all in the next hand and lost 99<AK. He shoved again the next hand and I called. AQ<A3.....river 3. Then I doubled through him AK>TT.......board ran out AKTxK. He shoved K4 the next hand and river a gutter against A2. He finally busted the next hand 88<TT. 3 handed now......I'm shortest with 17bb.....villians have 25bb and 46bb.
I hope all of today doesnt go like this

bloody sunday
So as I'm gettin crushed today losing allin after allin in every way possible I decided to do something I swore I would never do, review a hand history. Instead of looking over one's where I'm busting I looked at the 40k from when I chopped it in December to see if I was doing anything different way back then (feels like forever ago). Basically I was just running better I had AJ>KK to get from 15bb to 30bb then called a 10bb shove with KJ and had KJ>AQ to get to 50bb. I hovered with that stack for a while and had about 60k at 1k/2k. I flatted a 3x with AQss. Flop was 552 with two spades. There was a shover for 60k and a reshove. I called and was up against A2 and JJ and turned a spade and held. That put me to almost 200k or 100bb. I stopped reading it after that because I know how to play a 100bb, I just can't remember how to get one. Plus right then I had this hand in my last running tourney.......

Blinds were goin up pretty fast and most of the table was short in relation to the blinds. I got down to 10-15bb. I had K4o in the bb with 12bb. It folded to the sb who shoved 17bb and I snap called. Unfortunately I couldn't hold against JT.

Called a position shove for 8bb in the big blind with A8o and won a flip against 44. The next orbit I had 66 on the button. Middle position player opened for a min raise and got a caller. I flatted with about 23bb. I was planning on just set-mining but decided to bet a 544 flop when it checked to me. I bet 12k into 25k and took it down. Sittin with 30bb now. 92/285.

2 tourney update
Lingered in the 5quad for a while before finally doubling my 12bb stack AK>88 on a QJxxT board. Shortly after that I opened A6o in late position and the big blind called. Flop was Q63. He checked called a little over half the pot and the turn was another 6. Check, check. Rive was a J. He led for 1/3 the pot and I jammed. He called with 68s. Sittin with 55bb.
In the superstack early antes I've been pretty card dead. The only reason I have a stack is because two people pretty much gave me their chips. I was sittin with 50+bb for a while then called a button shove for 16bb with AJ and lost a flip against TT. Sittin with like 20bb but blind levels are now 15 minutes.

So when I wrote my last post I technically had 3 tables running because I had 2.5bb left after the TT<55. I folded a few hands and was down to 2.1bb and was all in with 55 against like 6 players. I flopped a set and got back to about 14bb. The next hand I open shoved AJ and surprise surprise I ran into AA.

how do people get away with this
50 left in 18k superstack early antes. I have 88k at 1200/2400. Villian (60k) opens for 7k in the HJ and I 3bet AQo from the cutoff to 20k planning on calling his shove(he's bad). Obviously he flats 1/3 of his stack. Flop is 865. He checks. I put him on a hand like KJ and with 45k in the pot I pushed him in for his last 40k. He calls with 78. I turned an A giving me the lead but the river 9 gave him a straight and crippling me. K8<AQ a few hands later. I hate poker.

Built a good stack in the 33k KO MET today. With about 100 players left I had around 80k at 1200/2400. I opened QQ UTG to 5800. An awful player in early middle position called with about 75k. He had been up around 150k but was playing too many hands and was rollercoastering. Flop was 942. I bet around 10k (2/3 the pot) and he flatted. Turn was a K and I check-called 18k. River was another K. I checked and he snap shoved 40k. I thought I caught him stacking off with air and snap called. He had AK.
At first I was pissed at myself, but after some thought I think I like the call. I OPR'ed him after the fact and he had 1 mincash in 49 tourneys. The fact that he could have AK did pop into my head when I called the turn but when he snap shoved the river I thought no way it's AK. GOOD READ.

Justin Haefner shout out

Just got caught 4betting bvb against a bigstack. At 100/200 I started the hand with 11k and he had 7k. He limped from sb and I 3xed from the bb with A2o. He called and the flop was 833. He checked and I bet 1k, he min-raised to 2k and I snap jammed into A3o. So dumb.

finally a FT
Final tabled the $22 6-max 500cap on stars today. Finished 4th for $760, not great but it does make up for the last couple days and then some. Bust hand was gross. Stacks were still relatively deep. I think I had 30ishbb and was one of the shortstacks. I lost KQ<88 all in on a KQ8 flop....cooler.

Took a couple hits in the 10cubed...........AJ<KK and JJ<QQ against short stacks then won a monster pot KK>TT>AK. 2/170 right now with 50k at 250/500.

I just started about 30 minutes ago and already tripled my starting stack in the stars 20k and tilt 10cubed 10k and doubled my starting stack in 19.5k. It's still really early though as only half of the tourneys I've reg'd for have started.

Busted in the 30k on stars like 90th. KJ<AQ for 40k at 800/1600. Flopped a king but couldn't hold. Did however have AQ>AK and KJ>AA (yes it happened). Got 3 still running......daily double B, $11 12k on stars, and $27.50 on UB. All are approaching the bubble and I have 30bb, 45bb, and 25bb in them respectively. Still in for $250ish today.

Doubled in 30k on stars close to bubble KK>AQ. Close to bubble in UB tourney I 3bet shoved 99 for like 14bb and guy with 18bb folds TT and says it's too soon to flip.......lol. I gave him shit obviously. Just turned a set of 9's with action in 30k. Up to 31k at 400/800. Really wish I wouldn't have perked 5k earlier. Need to get a no perking poster.

Puttin in a big night session tonight. 1/12 so far with 6 still running. I have 1 good stack and none of them are deep. Trying to stay focused, but it's been an awful night so far. Losing every 60/40.... 70/30. Need to donk my way to a big stack.
